PSA have redacted parts of our responses to their recent consultations. Basically they continue to cling to the belief that all the companies operating these service are honest and law-abiding. That isn’t our experience. many of the “services” operating under PSA regulation ARE fraudulent, and it’s time that PSA helped to expose them rather than covering up!
